D & S General Plumbing

D&S did an excellent job for us. He fixed 2 toilets, installed new kitchen fixture, & fixed a couple leaky pipes. He came on short notice & worked efficiently. I would recommend him to anyone.

He installed a dishwasher and a sink. About halfway through the install, the guy asked for money for "parts" and said he would run to the store to buy them. He was gone for an hour (the store is literally 3 minutes from my house) and it turns out that the parts he went to get were NOT new. I dont know what he did with the money I gave him for those but every single one of the water lines he put in were old and LEAKED. The paint on the ceiling under the upstairs sink he installed is bubbly, so I suspect that the drain behind the wall is leaking as well. We had to disconnect the water from both the sink and the dishwasher and will have to re-do everything that we already paid him to do. Also, by the time the guy left my house (job took about 4 hours) he was sweating profusely (it was only 55 degrees in my house), stumbling, and spilled his coffee all over the floor. There was something not right. I will never use D & S Plumbing again, I would rather pay a little more and actually have the job done right and have a technician that was sober.

There's no way there could have been better service. Christmas Eve we had no hot water, and they were able to replace the tank within hours. These are the people you want working on your home, or business.

sorry for your bad experiences, but this company is one of the longest running and best plumbers in the area. I've been using them for many years as well as my neighbors and they have proved to be the best in services and prices! Also knowing that the owner is a 4th generation plumber I believe he's a well dependable and more than trusting with all your plumbing needs...I would highly recommend using this company for anything you need fixed or repaired....thanks D&S plumbing!!!
