Roto-Rooter Sewer & Drain Cleaning Service

Called the office secretary and she was happy to get a technician scheduled. They came out the same day within an hour. The service technician, Art, was knowledgeable and nice to be around. The 4" main line is unclogged and back to normal. Thanks for the great work!

Had a horrible experience with Roto-Rooter. After spending a few thousand dollars to clear a clogged drain, they botched some work, left a hole in the side of my house and then said I need over $10K in repair work. Upon getting a couple additional opinions, I realized their work was sub-par, their preprosed fix was flawed, and I had wasted my time and money, and again, was left with a hole in the side of my house. I won't ever use this group again, and advise you stay away too. I feel John Stevenson plumbing is fair and very skilled. I feel completely differently about Roto-Rooter. My lesson - Go with someone you trust the first time. Having to go back and get the work done again is costly. Wish I would have called John Stevenson the first time out.

Art, the owner, was very knowledgeable and fixed things that another company had missed. He was very prompt, courteous and fair and we are very happy with his work.
