Appalachian Heating

We recently purchased a whole home dehumidifier from Appalachian Heating. We were pleased with the ease of making the appointment and time it took them to install the unit. Highly recommend this business and will use them for future issues.

Have had too much trouble with my unit. Had a technician to come out. He had no idea what the problem was. After he left my kitchen stove didn't work. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. Beware!!

Every year, my wife, two kids and I chain illnesses together and bounce from one doctor's office visit to another. We thought it might help to have our ducts replaced or cleaned. Bic from App Heating came out, checked the ducts and, after speculating on what our real issues might be, recommended an entirely different solution. It's now mid February and we have racked up an impressive ZERO doctor visits. We feel great. Thanks, folks, for coming up with a solution to our problem, rather than just making money off us. We'll definitely call you again for all our HVAC needs.

Very prompt and professional. Jason and Bobby were friendly, courteous and informative. Everyone I had contact with about installing a new gas furnace were so helpful. Thank you to Alan for finding the problem and for being diligent in getting our problem resolved. Wonderful people and company. I will only use this company for heating and cooling. Appalachian Heating has been fantastic to deal with! Everyone from sales to installation was extremely professional and courteous. They took the time to understand our needs and provide the best options available (including finance) to meet those needs. Our new system was installed in a very timely manner.
