John came out and looked at my system and explained what he could do for me and gave me a great price for all the work he was going to do. He sent Anthony and Mike out to take care of the job. Those two did an excellent job and were very professional. I really appreciate all that they have done. This is the first time that E J Thompson has done any work for me but I will definitely use them from now on. Thanks again guys
E.J. Thompson & Son did an outstanding job replacing A/C and furnace units. Employees were on time to do the job, clean work, cleaned up after the job was done. Great communication by the office personnel and the workers.

Excellent Installation process and service. New geo-thermal system installed and had issues during heating cycle. Problem corrected with f/u service and unit is working fine. Also very helpful with energy credit for taxes!! Good customer service.
