Our water heater was leaking after 10+ years of use and George and Orion saved us today! They went extra miles and came to help us change the unit at 7pm even today was their day off! George service is exceptional! I had a leaking drain from the upstairs tub and water was coming from the roof downstairs. He managed to schedule me the same day and right way identified what was the issue. George and his assistant managed to replace the old shower cartridge, get new parts, and cut out and replace the old p trap all within 3 hours! Not only that he gave us a discount and stayed a bit later just to finish our job before going to the next one.

They replaced my water heater 6 years ago, and did it quickly and well. When it started showing rust in the line, they talked me through how to flush it out - no charge. When that didn't resolve the issue, they replaced it under the manufacturer's warranty. The new heater was so effective that I had a bit of heat coming in the cold supply. They came out the next day and resolved the issue with the quick installation of a check valve.

George was efficient quick to get us a quote and great price options, And the next day service George and Orion showed up on the dot of the scheduled appointment! Very courteous, professional, and well mannered staff and they did an awesome job ! I would recommend using this company before any others. We have many locations and I will be referring them!
