I recently moved to the area and I am glad I found Riesen's septic service. This is the first septic system I heave owned and I was unsure how to maintain it or how it worked. I called Riesen's and they worked me into their already very busy schedule. Craig was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He inspected my system, showed me how it worked and gave me a lot of good advice on how I could keep it working well. This was erything I hoped for in regards to excellent customer service. Something that seems rare these days. They charge reasonable rates are super nice people. They are the only company I will use in the future THANK YOU REISENS!!! MK
