Joe Schoone is a real nice guy but his partner Mike Quade is a real weasel. Every time he's been to my place he's very disrespectful and he was talking down on me to his partner right outside my front door which was cracked open and could hear him plain as day. So if anyone likes to be disrespected and talked down on at your own house and be charged for it this is your guy!
