Frank was exceptional! He was honest, transparent, and able to fix my water heater quickly. We evaluated the risks of getting a new water heater or fixing the problem with the current water heater (we thought we knew what the issue was, but not 100% sure) but took a calculated risk that was 1/3 the cost of a new water heater. It worked out and Frank's willingness to work with me made all the difference. Thank you Frank!

Frank was wonderful. We had replace water heater, he made sure I knew what kind was needed for the space and house. On time and courteous! If I had any questions, he answered them with a smile on his face.

Frank installed a new garbage disposal for us, and he did a great job. He was very responsive when scheduling the appointment and came to our appointment on-time. He is friendly and knowledgeable. He cleaned up his work area when he was finished. I highly recommend calling Frank for your next plumbing job!

Frank is very conscientious and extremely thorough. He goes above and beyond any plumber that we have had in the past. He even caulked around the toilet at the floor which really looks nice and keeps dirt from getting under the base of the toilet. Very knowledgeable, very reasonable. For plumbing is less expensive than ANY other plumber around, but you get as much experience and knowledge as plumbers that charge more than twice as much. We put in a toilet that had a very unusual placement of the drain underneath and he was able to make it work with a standard elongated bowl where others said it would cost 2 To 3 times the standard. It took a little longer, but we still saved at least $200. Thanks to Frank for doing a great job at a reasonable price. I would use him for any job large or small.
