Guys we’re so helpful! I was able to fix my tub handle for a fraction of the cost! And when it didn’t work as expected the first time they modified the shaft for me for free! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Horrible customer service! I stopped in for some water supply lines. I wasn’t exactly sure what I needed, so I brought my old lines with. I was informed by the employee that the sizes are universal, and to just pick a length I needed (without looking at the old ones I had in my hand). When I got home, one of them didn’t fit. I attempted to make a return, at which time I was informed that I could not return it because it was used (since I screwed one end on a pipe). I confronted them that they told me it was universal fit, at which time they changed their story and stated that they are not, but they pointed me to the most common size. The worst part of this all is how I was treated. The owner or manager began to blame me and said, “It’s not our fault, you should know what you were looking for.” I went to this place because I did not know and thought they would help me. If I knew exactly what I needed, I would have gone to Home Depot and got it for cheaper. Trust me, I will not be returning.
