I received an emergency call on a Friday at 12:30PM from a renter had no water. By 2:30, Steve and Nick had installed a new well pump and were heading out. They were courteous, friendly and tidy. They explained everything they did and what still needed to be done to my renter. They finished the rest of the job yesterday and I am very pleased with their pricing, service and professionalism. I highly recommend them.
"Scott" serviced our air conditioner today. He quickly resolved our "noise" issue and cleaned the conditioner. He was very friendly, helpful and professional. Steve Rhode has taken care of our plumbing issues several times over the years. He is a special guy who obviously knows the profession and he is the reason we use O'Leary's services. I had an issue with my septic system backing up into a floor drain. I had another company come blast the pipes to ensure there was no branches blocking which didn’t seem to resolve the issue. The two guys that fame were awesome. Very friendly and explained a lot of what was potentially the issue, however they couldn’t scope the pipes because the camera was too big which was the point of them coming to begin with. They offered some alternatives and also blasted the pipes again to ensure it wasn’t a small blockage. I was essentially told it likely wasn’t the fix but wait and see if it backs up again and call back. I appreciated their professionalism and how they presented. They were also very timely which was nice. The price though seemed outrageous. The previous company that blasted the pipes offered it at a price. O’Leary considered them checking out the system without scoping it a full exam and was charged double what the previous company did. They however offered a generous discount. All in all, there was a lot of positives but just as many downfalls. I take customer service into high regard though and considering there’s was excellent, I will use them again when the issue reoccurs.
