Clarke & Rush Windows, Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

Needed new AC/heating. Called Clarke and Rush, spoke with Julie who wanted to expedite my request since I didn't have AC and Mark was sent out to evaluate and give me a bid. Very thorough and easy to work with, not to mention, the best price by far out of 3 bids. Today, Luke along with Matt and George came to install my new system. Very professional, worked well together, great explanations of what was happening by Luke throughout the project. I highly recommend Clarke and Rush and Luke's team went above and beyond excellent service...thank you to all.

Called them to see why our house warms up so quickly. I thought it was insulation, which they didnt agree with instead they got me to pay for an a/c tune up which was $89. They did nothing during the tune up but tell me I needed so many things done to my system that it wouldn't be worth it and should just get a new one. My a/c system cooled my house just fine in my own opinion but my house wouldn't stay cool very long, how does that issue warrant a new system?? After getting 2 other companies out here to discuss the issue and check out my unit, they said insulation was my issue, not the ac unit. You guys need to start listening to your potential customers and stop trying to get people to buy a $10000 unit who don't need one.

Clarke and Rush have done a great job with installing and now maintaining our HVAC system. They remind me about maintenance and are easy to schedule with. Also, their technicians are always polite, timely, knowledgeable and pleasant. I definitely recommend them!

To prospective Clarke & Rush customers, I have been using Clarke & Rush for my HVAV equipment and service needs for over 30 years. I bought my first HVAC unit for my first home from them in 1987 and for my current home in 2015. My sales rep Aaron gave me a great deal on the most recent purchase and the installation got done very quickly even though we were in the middle of a triple digit Sacramento heat wave and they must have been slammed with business. I also use them for all of my service needs. Recently, my HVAC unit at my office went down on a hot July day and their tech was out within a couple hours and had us back up and cool within 30 minutes. I can't recommend Clarke & Rush more highly.
