J & J Sanitary Disposal Services

I have used J & J since I moved in 13 years ago and my parents used them before me at my property. They are always very responsive when I call them and usually service my septic within 24 hours. Their prices are pretty reasonable for the services I have had done.

Rude! The guy that showed up here had no customer service skills and was just rude! I went outside to show the guy where the septic tank is because he was ringing my bell and wandering around my property and looking in my windows and then he rudely told me that he already knew where it was and acted as if he didn't want anything to do with me and then continued wandering around my property where he had no business to be. So then why are you wandering around my property and looking in my windows and ringing my door bell if you knew where it was? Not the way I wanted to start my day! Glad I went and checked! After they had left they left my septic tank lid wide open! That is a huge safety hazard with animals and kids around!! Unbelievable!! We will never use their services again! I am a renter but just spoke with the property owner to inform him that I will be paying for this service out of my own pocket in the future with a different company so that this guy never has to be near my home again!
