This company came to our home due to we have a problem with one of our bathrooms. We have a home warranty plan. The guy says your shut off valve does not work because you have a rock in it! What an idiot. First off how does he know there is a rock stuck in the shut off valve when he didn't take it off or look in it. This is a valve inside our house. Then he says it is just wear and tear. Hello, I don't know about you however I don't sit and play with the shut off valve to my toilet. He wanted the 65.00 service charge and that was it. He did not FIX anything. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
