Would clearly stay away from them. Trying now to get work they did now fixed the right way. I sent your company a email this is the business on Atkinson. As I mention to you with photos is you put the WRONG size fitting on my pipes. You put a 5/8 fitting for the water meter and city of Milwaukee inspectors said they would NEVER allow a 5/8 for a COMMERCIAL building should be a 3/4. IAM posting the rejection from the city on here. It is sad I paid allot of money for you to install but since there is no money incentive for you to do the right thing you simply ignore my emails for request to fix correctly your mistake. Photos is work order from City of Milwaukee rejecting there work and front photo of our location to prove this is not a fake review on..we are In process taking them to court for amount to recover our expenses... They called us saying we will consider repairing if you take this down first. Sorry we not play games like that. Any reputable place would have simply done the work then ask beware of them

Jon has done work for me three times now and he has been great! He always explains exactly what the problem is and what he needs to do in order to fix it. He's always been very responsive and has always worked us into his schedule quickly. He's also suggested do-it-yourself fixes/maintenance for us to do to avoid having to pay for future service calls. Thanks, Jon!

Jon has been to my home several times in the last couple of months. I am remodeling and plumbing issues continue to pop up. Jon is ALWAYS very responsive. He unclogged a drain, installed a new bathroom vanity (with very little room to maneuver), installed a toilet, and shut-off valves all over the place. I needed a stationary tub in laundry room and Jon measured, researched, and was able to have delivered the next day when he installed it. Jon even came out when the floor installers couldn't decide how to remove the gas oven. He is very fair, honest and skilled. I very much enjoyed watching him mentor his son as they worked together. I highly recommend.

Called in the morning and they fit me in the same day. Even though I only had a small job, they made me feel like their #1 customer. Very Professional and Courteous. Excellent work.

He's good! The reviews are bizarre. So let me tell you my long story. But first the short story. I needed work done. He texted with me quotes and info. He worked me into his busy schedule. He fixed the problem the next day. He didn't know me or anything . My water main shutoff is fixed and works great. I waited 1 week to write this review. And if something did go wrong with the work, I'm 100% positive he'd come out and fix the work that I paid for. Let me get into the long story. I just bought a new house. The water main wouldn't shutoff. I started calling plumbers just to fix the problem. They were all telling me "ehhh it's so close to the lead service, I really don't want to risk it". Some places never responded. I wasn't in a hurry so I had a plumber scheduled 2 weeks away. Then after a week, it started to leak. The previous plumber wasn't responding to me. I called so many places. Some wanted $390 to look at it. Some would look at it for $75. Jon actually called me and gave me info. He said he was so busy and didn't know when he could do it. I called the city and shut off the water. Jon kept texting me into the night with updates and then the morning. I cancelled an appointment for someone who just wanted $25 per 15 minutes just to give me a quote. Then I'd feel stuck and plus I read reviews they really do steep quotes to make you feel stuck. I had worked out enough with Jon and told him my situation. He ended up having free time that day to squeeze me into the schedule. I knew the price range because we worked it out ahead of time. He is full of energy and has been a plumber for a long time. I stood there and watched. I've done my own work before and could tell everything he was doing was exactly right although I could not have done it or come up with the solution. It was the water main which others didn't want to mess with. He did it and did it well and fast. He is in a habit of talking out loud which is nice because I knew exactly what he was doing. Like I said, he's energetic so take a shot of espresso before he comes out so you're sharper. He's super nice. You get to know a contractor just through your interaction and he can be trusted. Make sure you know what you want done and what you want to pay. Ask the questions about prices and what work you are paying for and what problems might arise. I feel like other reviewers were odd. I read the reviews before using him and thought "His interactions with me are good and these reviews just don't seem right so I'm going to go ahead and use his services and keep him scheduled plus he has great ratings on Angie's List anyways". And if I had a problem with his work, I'd contact him before writing a review (which these other people did not do). I'm certain he'd come out and do the work correctly for what he was paid for. He responds to every review anyways. So if you're on the bubble about choosing him, I'd at least tell my friends to use him but also be sure to be thorough (as you should be with any contractor anyways).
