Awesome customer service! We moved into a new home and had appliances installed and plumbers over at the same time. The installers told us they couldn't install due to multiple issues we were unaware of with our old appliances from previous owners. We really needed them as we were having a large party that weekend. Steve the plumber from Niebuhr plumbing and heating overheard this and went the extra mile to help us get them installed. If not for him we would have had to cancel everything. Its service like that that creates lifetime customers. Which we will surely be. Thank you again for doing a great job and going above and beyond!
