We scheduled an appointment days ahead of time with a 3 hour window. When it was nearing the end of that window my husband called and was assured they would arrive on time and be able to address our issue (which included a leak, and busted AC) before we had to leave. Guess what, they didn't show. Very disappointing. I understand that things come up and schedules change; but at least be honest or communicate a little better.

Very timely and efficient! They rock! I can't say enough about this company! They have continually gone above and beyond and I have put them to the test. It's such a relief to have them to rely on!

On time, friendly, communicated what he was doing and explained what services were done. Thank you!

10/3/2017 Greg S. did my furnace tune-up and installed a whole-house humidifier. He answered my questions and instructed me on my new humidifier before he left. He is knowledgable, friendly, and courteous ... very professional. I highly recommend Cliff Bergin & Associates. 7/9/2018 Jeremy S. knew just what to do to fix the water hammer that my dishwasher was causing. Excellent work Jeremy! He is knowledgable, friendly, and courteous...just like Greg S. was back in October. 7/9/2018 Stephan H. did a central air conditioner clean & check. He found that a rodent was in the outside unit over the winter. The rodent even chewed into a couple of wires. Stephan got it all cleaned-up and fixed-up. He recommended putting out rodent traps in the winter. Awesome work Stephan! He is knowledgable, friendly, and courteous...I think I'm seeing a trend here. 7/18/19 Another awesome HVAC tune-up by Stephan H. 7/23/19 Chuck P did an awesome job replacing my kitchen sink and faucet.

Bergin sent a repair specialist the same day we called for assistance. After discussing repair, we decided to replace our furnace. The installers were here the next day. All people involved were extremely courteous. Thank you!
