Our lift station pump to our holding tank failed. Karl's was able to get out within a day to replace to get us back up and running before we had any more issues. Amy was very helpful in scheduling and providing a copy of the county permitting which was great since we had just moved in. Mike had the whole setup replaced within a couple hours. Super job!!

We needed to simutaneously replace aging furnace and central air units in our home. Karls Mechancial worked with us to coordinate installation in a timely manner; not easy given our and their busy schedule. The 2 employees were obviously skilled, respectful, and friendly. After installation, I appreciated the education I got when I asked more questions about the new equipment.

Good service

Had them come in to replace some copper pipes that were deteriating and they were able to get in within a day of my call. They did a great job replacing them in a very short time for a great price. Definetly recomend them for any job!

They are as unreliable as a screen door on a submarine. They showed up, took a look at our furnace and said they needed to order a part, but never called back. Like seriously, you don't have the common courtesy of calling and letting your customers know that you're too useless to fix it?? You should NOT be in business!!
