Theye quick about coming to give an estimate and the guy that came to my house was nice, that's about it so far. I got the estimate and called to make an appt, I was told they would call me back to set something up, they didn't. At least 4 weeks later, I finally call. The lady told me I had a choice of Tuesday or Thursday of the next week, I pick Tuesday. Tuesday comes, I wait all day, no call no show. Thursday comes, I wait, then finally decide to call, I ask if anyone is coming, they say no, we can have someone there Monday. Seems like they never planned to call at all. Monday comes, that morning my septic started backing into my house, everywhere. Had they came the previous week, or returned my phone call weeks prior(which would have hopefully resulted in someone coming weeks earlier) this wouldn't have happened. They actually do show, fix a burst pipe with a plastic hose between the metal pipes, 5 minutes. They can't do anything with the septic because it's full, something is wrong with the pump, I get it, thats all fine, but the guy that pumps it isn't answering. So he decides he's going to go, because there's nothing else he can do, but he could have flushed the system for my radiant heating and gotten that up and running, he knew it had to be done, it was part of the estimate. I do have a wood stove but it's hard to always have wood around when you're disabled. He tells me he will for sure be back that day after the septic is pumped(that happened around noon) no call, no show. The next day,Tuesday, surely they'll come back then, right, there's heat to be fixed and a septic that's not working, it also has a broken pipe, plus, they said they would be back yesterday and didn't come. I wait, no one calls or shows. I finally text he tell me they aren't coming. I call the actual store now because I'm done at this point. I'm told they will put me in tomorrow(Wednesday), I'm not sure what time, they didn't say. During the conversation he pretty much blamed me saying he heard there was a money problem even though I tried to give him a check, among a few other things that weren't accurate, you know all the reasons for not showing or calling. Really there's no excuse you can give at this point that would make this ok or not their fault, none, It's just NOT ok that they did this and so many times. He also asked me if it was an emergency that would warrant them coming out today. I mean yeah, kind of, right!? There's 4 kids and 1 adult here that need to shower and use the septic and we would like to use our heat again. The toilets are STILL backing up because you don't have even a weeks capacity with no pump and 5 people. Plus you know, this should have mostly been done yesterday. I don't think they had intentions to call and reschedule AGAIN. I was also previously told on Monday that they have a payment plan, and "we won't leave you out here like this". I guess this is where the "money problem" was. I never even said I needed one, I just said it was expensive, the pump had just been replaced, I'm shocked I have to pay for another, I'm hoping it isn't the pump and just the switch. It's something I didn't account for or think was going to happen. my heat never got fixed anyway so the money would cover the pump instead of fixing heat. I'm SO frustrated with all of this. I spent so many days waiting for them, had a huge mess to clean up that could have been avoided. blamed me for septic alarm not working even tho when tech walked in the back he stepped on it unplugging it, I don't go back there so it was either him or the electrician the first time. They took my check(450$),was told it would cover what they did,I would get a partial refund, he couldn't get my heat to work, didn't fix septic pipe. Instead, i have a bill for 1k for 3hrs work,330$, they were here an hour and100$ over septic pump estimate.this wasn't the deal.YOU CANT GO THAT FAR OVER AN ESTIMATE WITHOUT PERMISSION!! that's not EVER how that works. If a mechanic does it you don't have to pay. Same here. KEEP RECORDS!

I was completely satisfied with all the plumbing repairs done this week. The house had several leaks and all are fixed and I have 2 new toilets. Greg was very efficient and full of great information. They guys are great.

They were contacted by my home warranty company to do some repairs and while the appliance guy came at the time we were told and did his job, the plumber did not show. They did not even bother to give us a courtesy call letting us know that he was not coming. When I called and the receptionist answered and was incredibly rude and condensing. She told me that I would never get a plumber to come to my house after 3pm and I would have to lock my dogs somewhere, leave my house unlocked and they would try get to it, but I was not a priority. Dont worry, I found a plumber that was able to help, without making me feel as if I was the world's biggest inconvenience and I will never bother you again.

The plumbers are awesome but the lady that quoted the price lied to me and charged me more than double for a job that took less than an hour.
