I highly recommend. Jack did some work inside my basement a while ago. I have not had a pipe problem since and when I called him again for a different issue, he came over and did again a great work. He is polite and get s the work done in a neat and tidy way.

Bad Service. Took three phone calls and one week to get service. Plumber misdiagnosed problem and replaced control valve when the real problem was a ruptured pipe spraying water inside the bathroom wall'. He repaired the leak and left a big hole in my newly remodeled bathroom. I was told they don't do patch work even though they advertise new construction and remodeling. To top it off he took my almost new Kohler control valve back to the shop. I used to get prompt, quality service. Not anymore !
