I am glad to be able to post this **Wow***-review for Jensen's after exceptional service a few days ago. While at work I received a panicked call from my 13 year old daughter saying that the shower handle had just broken and water was "gushing" out I arrived home, shut off the water main handle and called Jensen's. When I called it was about 12:05pm and the staffperson Jenny said it was a very busy and full schedule day, but she'd check with the owner to see what could be done. Moments later Jenny said that the owner, Shelden, was getting in a truck and would be heading to my home. Shelden arrived in minutes and I was grateful for his easygoing and friendly manner, even though I know my phone call had completely changed his noon-hour plans. Shelden quickly dissembled the shower handle fixture and assessed the problem, found the necessary part in the service truck, and had the handle-fixture fixed within 30 minutes. I appreciated how he explained what happened in easy-to-understand terms, and how he was able to save the handle-fixture I had, rather than my needing to have it completely replaced. I am still marveling at how I arrived home to the problem at about 11:55am and I was able to be back at work with it completely resolved at about 1:10pm! I was so relieved to have the problem fixed so quickly and well. And what made it even better was Shelden's very friendly and capable manner. Thank you Shelden and Jensen's. I am very impressed! BEST company to call. Jensen is always quick to respond - when we've called for air conditioning, furnace & plumbing needs. Their techs are terrific. Ali made toilet & sink repairs quickly and she was happy to educate me about how they work. She made me glad to have called, rather than attempt repairs ourselves.

Ali was awesome! She was prompt, friendly and efficient. She explained what she was doing as she worked and thoroughly cleaned up after she was done. I’ve used Jensen for both plumbing and heating and have always been pleased with the work they’ve done

I strongly recommend Jensen Plumbing and specifically Ali. She is the best! My hot water heater went out and Ali did a great job of first (quickly) trying to fix the old one before just putting a new one in. She talked me through what she found and we discussed what I wanted to do. She did it quickly and efficiently and was just great to work with. During the visit I also realized my water softener was not working properly. Ali returned a week later to replace my water softener. Same experience. Great to work with, informative and communicated well. And always cleans up thoroughly after the work is done. I would highly recommend Jensen and specifically Ali to complete your plumbing needs. Best service in the area! They were thorough and did a very clean job at installing a new water heater and water softener. If you are shopping around for the best service, stop looking and just call Jensen! You will be so happy you did!
