Had gotten an estimate for water heater for a home we were buying, after many delays, we finally got the home. Old water heater was toast on move-in day. Sweaty movers. Tons of dishes from feeding crew n guests. And no hot bleeping water. Jahnke honored the estimate they had given us originally. No requoting. Don't know if that's their SOP, but I'm glad they did. We also wouldn't have minded paying a difference had costs changed, that can happen. They got the unit ordered and installed in less than 48 hours! Standard call charge n super Courteous. Profession. Neat. Explained things thoroughly. My dogs even liked him right away! After it fills n heats, I'll update review. (PVC glue is curing)
