Just wanted to say that derik the plumber/repairman that water works sent out to our house to fix our problem was the most professional and honest person I have dealt with...I would high recommend you ask for him...I know that they will have all my future business as long as he is there!!

Joe showed up within an hour of calling during very cold weather. Also had a good understanding of what was going on with my home. Also very good at following up several days after having the issue. Would use Water Works again in the future if problems happen again.

Sent out two guys to camera a sewer main, located the drain but then the two proceeded to sit in their truck and hangout for 30 minutes cost around $600 and they never called back for an estimate on the project as a whole. Very disappointed.

Had these guys out to determine why outdoor spigots were not working. Turns out stem assemblies were not working right. One and a half hours time spent. Takes them with him to order new ones. Comes back 3-4 days later and says new assemblies for my spigots are no longer available. He cleans my assemblies and they all work correctly. They needed to be cleaned after not being used much. One hour time spent that day for a total of 2.5 hours with no new parts installed. Charged $450 dollars. You be the judge. Gave them 2 instead of 1 star because their guy, Christian, is a retired Navy chief. Support your veterans.

We had a complete tear out and replacement including floor in our main bathroom and couldn't be happier how things turned out and the staff at Waterworks. From the first time we walked into the showroom and talked to Terri, to the last day Mike left our property everything was just as we had hoped it would be when completed. Their showroom really has to be seen to be appreciated ! Any questions I had I knew Scott was a phone call, text, or email away from addressing any concern, just as Terri being a phone call away also. But I have to single out Mike. He went above and beyond in making sure things were ready for the next step with wallpaper and floor contractors which kept things on schedule as planned. From start to finish, this whole project took three and a half days which I feel is some very good time for something with as much work as was done here. I would definitely recommending this company to anyone thinking of doing a redo like we did. They delivered just as promised in our opinion!
