Mark is incredibly kind and good at what he does! I accidentally flushed my engagement ring down my toilet (long story) Needless to say I was a mess. He came in, assessed the situation and brought in a camera just for these kinds of situations. Long story short, HE FOUND IT! He was calm, cool, and confident and I will be forever grateful for his services!! Would highly recommend him.
I needed someone to come over to check if my pipe is leaking, I have 20 feet of piping that above ground and fairly easy to access to. They came over, did the visual/ hand feeling on pipe inspection for 20 minute. They stood and talk for another 10... I asked before the plumber leave that how much would this cost me... answer 30 minute for 65$. Sure... come the bill for 110... I called and explain the situation.... they count the time to get over your place as hour rate..... that mean Im charge for 40 minutes drive time.... NOT paying, save your self the trouble... try the other reliable place that have decent rating.
Water heater busted came and fixed that right away no problems. Been doing business with him since the 90's. Had to have our shower replaced because of it. Water leaked everywhere. Needless to say 3 months later money paid in advance part of showers in carpenter in bathroom can't go any further until Mark finishes with the exsisting pipes. Still waiting for the shower to be done. Maybe before Christmas. Lol
I had a backed up sink, it has done it off and on for years. I called strong's and they were able to help. They repitched the pipe that I did have and added some new pipe. It works like a charm now. Amongst this they were very informative about other plumbing questions that I had. I highly recomend them.
