John and his son spent many hours, over two days, to repair the sewer pipe and sub flooring in our upstairs bathroom in order to install a new toilet (that John delivered)! John was completely honest and kept us informed every step of the way. This was a big project and he could have easily given up and charged us for his time and labor, but he made several trips for parts and equipment to get the job done right. I can't thank Tosa Plumbing enough for their dedication and reliability. The final bill was beyond reasonable. We will absolutely call Tosa Plumbing again!
