When looking for a new chainsaw for a chainsaw mill I told them I wanted to use, the staff at Charlie’s was very knowledgeable and considerate when listening to my questions. Since buying the first 461 I have gotten several other Stihl and Milwaukee tools from them and have been thoroughly satisfied with their service, even to the point of them looking in the back for a part they normally didn’t stock(it is a smaller store) and getting a handful out for a roof repair I was doing. The service and professionalism is outstanding. Highly Recommend the service department for all small engine repair even if they don't sell it. Turn around time was great and so was the follow up. Fixed right the first time.
