Greeting Jeff… This is a “Thank You” for personally stopping at my house yesterday to check on the new water heater your staff put in last week. I was impressed Da Boss would take the time to do this. I think your personal emphasis on customer care is why I continue to use Jeff’s Water Conditioning and Plumbing. Over the past 25-years there have been about half a dozen different of your staff that have provided a variety of plumbing needs for me including a month ago at 11-pm when my sump pump stopped working during the Spring flooding. Within an hour your night person had a new pump in place and working. Every one of your team have been personable and competent. On a few occasions when I had to be gone, I just left a note and the door unlocked. When I got home, everything was fixed. I wish you and your crew best wishes for continued success.
