Absolutely horrible!! Deserves a 0 rating. Insurance recommends Earls because they are incompetent and cheap!! They installed a new furnace which now makes a clunk noise in one vent in dining room which never was there before. Called and explained situation and Nothing has been resolved nor even communication on anything. They are ignoring us now.... They looked at gas Fireplace and tried 3 times to fix it, charged us $500 dollars and Nothing was fixed!! Outcome was after 3 trips back to shop they couldn't do it!! AND they stained the carpet with log inserts and Fireplace parts!!! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! if my home insurance ever recommends them again i will not call them!! Sorry this is so bad but we don't want anybody else to have this experience

Way overcharged, $833. For a job/ with proper parts should of been done in 2-3 hours .instead took the course of over a month!! And for the plummer not having right parts..broke part..leaks after job was done..WE WERE CHARGED FOR ALL THE LABOR INVOLVED IN YOUR incompetence. .6 labor charges..and still Have a leak that we will be calling another plummer to fix that was left by your work! !. NOT HAPPY ..WOULD NEVER EVVER RECOMMEND! #

No stars if possible. 3 trips to fix same problem on my furnace. Work was done so slowly they added lots of extra time. I did my best to be patient with them. They don't return calls for hours, left me hanging. I called them this week (OK...just shoot me!) about my well pump at 8 am. Said they'd be out in a few hours. I waited 6, called, left msg,, called again an hour later, machine didn't even pick up. He finally called aroiund 4 pm, said they were swamped. I asked why no one called to tell me. Excuses! Just wanted some courtisy! I called wlsewhere. He came right out even tho it was time to go home, checked it out. Got the new pump, & installed it next day. He said this guy isn't qualified to work on my pump...no kidding...not qulified to work on anything. Oh & I got another bill for 3rd trip to fix the same problem with furnace...now up to $800...Origianlly called them a few years back per Home Warranty. which I no longer have. Call anywhere else!

The good: they came in a timely manner after being called The not so good: They charged us an extra half hour because they only had one size of the replacement part. They knew exactly which small part (faucet) needed replacing, yet had to drive half an hour to get another size. Really? There is only room in your big truck for ONE small faucet? Will be hesitant to call them again!
