Colin is a great guy; is very knowledgeable and is good as you'll find but he is very, very busy and is not great in returning phone calls. He really needs a good secretary/assistant. I've called twice in recent months, never got a call back and ended up calling someone else. I would have preferred him. I'd give him 5 stars for his expertise and zero/1 star for responsiveness.

Contacted CH Plumbing and they called back immediately. Scheduled an appointment with them then they never showed and I waited all day. They never bothered calling to let me know they weren’t coming either.
