Collins & Hying Plumbing & Heating

My furnace stopped working in January on a particularly cold and windy night. The home warranty called Collins & Hying who came out after hours and were able to get my furnace running. A month later, the furnace wasn't running again and the home warranty company called them to come back out. They identified the root of the problems I'd been having and fixed it in less than an hour. Technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and prompt, even in after hours situations. I will be using Collins & Hying in the future!

Furnace broke at 3am in the middle of winter with a new born and they won't come fix it tell 8am cuz they don't want to call there people this late
