I have used Terrytown exclusively for the best ten years. They are ALWAYS on time. The technicians are friendly, fast, and professional. After having dealt with another area plumber and finding them sorely lacking in all areas, I'll never use anyone else.

I had the pleasure of having technician come and and fix bathroom drain pipe in the wall. Very professional and was done in a timely matter. Thanks alot, definitely recommend to anyone around Portage area.

I'm not sure if they don't know how an answering machine works or what, but they NEVER return calls or messages. They've got a nice Facebook page and they keep it updated but apparently it's not possible to actually contact them for anything. Other reviews suggest similar experiences with bills, which is even worse than just wanting to get in touch. Seems like a place to avoid. Great work can be completely ruined by awful customer service.
