They misdiagnosed a plumbing issue and it ended up costing thousands of dollars extra to fix. I would highly recommend going to someone else if you can. I would recommend Myers in Lancaster for plumbing or Schrader for heating and cooling in Fennimore.
We paid thousands of dollars to have a new furnace and hot water heater installed by H&N. They drilled holes through our siding where it shouldn't have been and then glued the siding back on, stepped on our rain spout, and charged us for capping off our chimney which they didn't do. When they first brought in our new water heater it had a huge dent around the seal. They installed it anyway and I told them it needed to be replaced. They were not happy about it, but did replace it. Now seven years later, the water heater already rusted out and we have to get a new one because they installed it directly on the floor!!! They did the same thing with our furnace! When we had another company at our house to install a new air conditioning unit last summer, they couldn't believe the work H&N did! STAY CLEAR AND GO ELSEWHERE!!
THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! When you send someone to do a job it needs to be done right and if you have to come back and fix YOUR mistake you don't charge a customer again. You especially don't give a line of BS of how exorbitant the cost will be so you can then lower it and make it seem like you're the "good guy" doing someone a favor ( yeah, you did ). It's not the first time you've had to come back and fix a mistake. NEVER AGAIN!
Fast prompt service and they clean up after themselves
The workers did great customer service, but when something went wrong with my natural gas, as in it's heating my home, but not heating my water, I called the store, and the lady answering the phones was a bit rude, and made me feel sh*tty about not calling her sooner about my problem. I am busy working mother and barely have time to get to a phone. Please don't look down at your customers when they ask a simple question to have someone look at the furnace your company installed. Manners and kindness go along way. Working in the customer service field my entire life, got me to where I am today with how I treat other people, which is with respect and kindness, so it shouldn't be too much to ask in return!!!!
