Paul was great!!! Installed a new water heater going up and down 100 steps to lakehouse several times. Perfectly installed. Highly recommend!!!!

I called about a clogged pipe in my basement Paul told me he would be out to fix the problem that day. He didn't make it out until the next day. He was very nice and resolved the issue in the pipe. He also ran a camera down the drain because he thought there was another issue. It was a $100 charge that I was not aware of. He then told me that I had a misaligned pipe and that he could fix it, but it could cost up to $2000. I told him that I have a home warranty that may cover it and the initial problem. Paul never contacted my warranty company so that I may be reimbursed for the initial problem or so that I may resolve the further issue. I called back a week or so later to see what was going on. He told me that was "sorry" and "ment to call me back" I sent him everything he needed to contact my warranty company(warranty co. phone number, policy number, and initial bill) so that I may be reimbursed. He said he would take care of it. I never heard back from him again. So now I am out $365 for the initial problem and have no way to get the further problem looked at. Very nice gentlemen but not very professional!!!
