Very good job!

I called them at 8:49 p.m. on a Wednesday night and indicated that I did not know the alarm on our septic tank had gone off, because my husband usually takes care of that, and he had been admitted to the hospital the previous day for congestive heart failure. I asked that they please come on Thursday and empty our tank. After being at the hospital all day Thursday, I came home to find that no one had showed up to empty our tank. How do I know? There's 2 feet of snow in the back yard and no evidence of anyone having been anywhere near the tank. OK, so I figured they were busy and would show up Friday. Got home Friday night only to discover that they STILL had not shown up! Now I have to wait the weekend and HOPE the tank doesn't back up into the basement! I also have to call someone else to come and empty it! I understand being busy, but if they couldn't empty our tank, the least they could have done was CALL me so that I could call someone else! I'm NOT happy right now!
