This was our first time using a Septic service. When I called the receptionist was very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. She set a date/time for us that was convenient for us. They gave me an arrival time of between 1230-1, the truck arrived at 1232. (Very happy about that). The driver was super helpful with all my newbie questions. The driver was also pleasant, knowledgeable, and quick! They quoted me and stayed exactly at that quoted price, so that was pretty great as well. Will be using them in the future. Highly recommend!
