Customer service was very poor. Wanted to hang up on customer service lady because she was rude, talked over me and she didn't know what the whole deal was. Would have rather have spoke to somebody that knew about remodeling houses and the plumbing and helped me out and have done the plumbing job instead of wasting my time even calling them.
