Was looking for a company to fix or replace our hot water heater, so happy I chose Hurlburt!!! They were able to come out right away and always kept me apprised of any changed. When the day came the service guy was great! Professional, friendly and explained what was going on in laymen's terms. Never condescending just because I'm a woman... Dealt with that with other places. Anyway, Shawn (I think that was his name!) was in and out in just a couple hours and that's with replacing the hot water heater. I love that I didn't have to make another appointment just for that. He had everything he needed. Highly recommend!!!!
Excellent service! They responded to my plumbing needs quickly, clearly communicated when the service drive would show up and did excellent work. I have used them for several pluming projects and been happy with both the personal service and quality of work.
They said it would cost about 70$ to show up plus the cost of the parts. Parts cost less than 100$ and was charged almost 400$...
Customer service was Outstanding! Alicia at Hurlburt really did her homework to quickly find rare parts for my boiler. Very thorough with the correct part numbers and timely with response. Excellent example of good ol' fashion customer service.
