I woke up on a Friday morning to find no hot water in my home. After investigating, I found that my water heater (which was beyond its life expectancy) finally kicked the bucket. With water all over my basement floor and seeping into the finished portion, I was a bit frantic having experienced my first home emergency. Calling around to a few local plumbers, Keyes was the fastest response, gave me an honest estimate over the phone, and was at my house within an hour with a brand new water heater. Within less than 2 hours, they had completed the job, installed a new shut off valve, and quoted for a chimney liner that hadn't been put in when the furnace was switched out years back. Paul Keyes was very honest with everything, pointed out some flaws in previous work and what to do to fix it, and the job itself looked beautiful when completed.
