Our furnace was not working on a Sunday afternoon. I called the after hours line and left a message. Aaron called us back right away and helped us out over the phone. Saved us time and money. Will use them in future for any further issues and highly recommend! Aaron was very friendly and helpful!!
I have called 2 other establishments over the past week just to have my furnace checked out with no call backs. I called up Comfort Systems and spoke with one of their service technicians Frank who let me know a time frame, and reassured same day service. He arrived to check on things between service calls, and before I knew it we were up and running in a matter of minutes. Payment was what I expected and the service was more than exemplary. If you are in the St. Croix Falls area do not hesitate to call on this company. Their promptness, professionalism, and the piece of mind that came with this service will now have a return customer when the situation arises.
Our service technician, Aaron, was one of the kindest people my wife and I have met. He was extremely professional and went out of his way to make sure our furnace was up and running. Some of the reviews on Google complain about cost but we have yet to find a bill from Comfort Systems that didn't reflect the service and professionalism that made us more than willing to pay. We had a service tech come out and do an estimate of a new furnace because we suspected we had a cracked heat exchanger as told by an inspector. For him to give us an estimate was 150 dollars. Not to mention it was going to cost 3900 for them to put a new furnace in. I've had two other company's give me a quote right over the phone. Needless to say do some research before committing to one company. I got the same furnace installed, removed, for half the price without an estimate charge.
