I had a leaking valve right on my main water line coming into the house. This was a Friday night. I called Excel and immediately had a response. The person who helped me (Cory I think), gave ma a very useful suggestion on how I might be able to fix it myself. I followed his directions and was able to stop the leak. They didn't charge me anything and he even called me back without being prompted to check on my progress. Very helpful, courteous and respectful - I give my highest recommendation.

We were fortunate to have Excel do our plumbing/HVAC when we built our home 8 years ago. Scott Kerchefski and Scott Omernik along with their employees are the epitome of great customer service along with taking their jobs seriously and getting it right the first time. I will not call anyone else other than Excel to do any needed repairs or additional needs at our home. Yes, you get what you pay for but I can honestly say I don’t think you find a better group of people. Keep up the great work guys!
