Called for soil test, got the run around from them. The put.me behind on my home building. I would never reccomend or let them do work for me. Rude people who fleece people and make promises they don't intend to keep. Stay away...
Great! They came right away and replaced the pressure tank!
Stay away!! We had them do perk test for our new home . Said would have back in 2-3 weeks after over 6 weeks of calling and talking to the rude women in office we finally got paper work to get permits. This putting us over 6 weeks behind. When it came time to work once again NO communication! We called and called for months, the extremely rude women in the office kept saying Sam will call, but he never called.We tried all summer and nothing, we even went in there to try to talk to him. By this time its fall and still nothing . I called one last time saying saying we MUST get this in. We got a new quote in mail of over 6,000 than Sam's original. At this time we did not know what to do.We were so far behind . We decided to look at someone else. We wanted to do business local, but we had it with them. We called another guy, who came out ,he told us he heard Woolsey was having problems. He looked at the plan Woolsy had for our house and said there was no way this would work for us, He redid perk and plan which took only 1 week, gave us a bid and said he could be here in 2 weeks. We hired him on the spot and he got the job done just before frost. I would NEVER reccomend woolsy for anything!
Quote was for hourly rate that was less than what was billed... Also billed 3/4 hour more than was at site. Person answering phone made no effort to compromise. Would never do business with them again. Its worth waiting for any other plumber to call back... Yes call Dave's sewer, his new number. If he cant do it he knows someone better who can.
Woolsey plumbing is able to fix things, but expect your bill to be at least ten times what it should be???? I had these woolsey cockroaches over a few times...big mistake. Dave's sewer does plumbing and they are reasonable.
