This place is great. They came out and did a water heater replacement and some work on my tub spout. Reliable, competitive pricing, & great customer service. When it comes to plumbers it's hard to get all 3 at the same time, but I feel like I did with this place.
I called to have some plumbing work completed at my house. The assistant was pleasant and very helpful. I scheduled a time for them to come out and give me an estimate on the work I wished to have completed. They showed up on time and gave my wife the bid. We accepted the bid and they did the job on the spot. I Was very pleased. A week or so later I received a bill for $300 more than what I was quoted and when We called, we were told that they would not honor their bid. After speaking with them numerous times, they offered to “split” the difference with us and said if we chose to decline this option, they would seek legal action against us. This is a small town and word spreads quite quickly. I really wanted to leave them a fantastic review because I was extremely happy in the beginning. I should have never gone off a verbal bid and should have received it in writing from them from the start. Handshake deals used to mean something, but not anymore. I am stuck splitting the difference and should of known better. My fault & Lesson learned. Will go elsewhere for plumbing work in the future!
Great company. Honest and knowledgeable. Tried repairing before replacing and felt like the price was quite fair. They are my go to for plumbing needs. They replaced a leaking pipe under the sink, and it was a difficult job because of the location. Also came out for our sump pump and recharged the battery.

I highly recommend JJ's Plumbing! Mike was very professional and kind. He did a great job fixing our issues as well as the lady we spoke to on the phone when originally getting set up on the schedule. They were also very reasonably priced, if we every have any issues again we'll definitely be calling JJ's again.
