AAR Plumbing

About a year ago, I had a shower valve not working and screw had broken off. Nick went above and beyond his duty and increased the bolt size with a tap. Saved the shower valve and replaced the insert - worked great. Called them back this morning at 7:10 AM. to replace an older valve to the clothes washer that was frozen and I really needed to work to restore water to the house. I requested Nick. By 10 AM valve was replaced, water back and and he replaced the other shower valve in about 10 minutes. Fast service and a very positive experience in both cases.

Great communication from the start. I had them come out to clear a backed up main sewer line in my basement, the dispatch called me to say the service tech was down the block and asked if it was ok for him to come up. The guy took 90 minutes and cleared up everything. Unfortunately, he didn't put one of the caps back on my main sewer line going out of the house, so water from my shower and toilet came out and I didn't notice it until later that night. I notified AAR plumbing about it and they sent someone out to apologize, they called me numerous times to see how things were going. Then the owner, Ron, personally came out to apologize and went above and beyond to fix everything. It was an honest mistake, they have great reviews, did an awesome job, good leadership and phenomenal customer service. Won't hesitate to call them again and have already recommended them to friends in the area.

AAR does great work and are fair and professional. I've scheduled everything thru Renee and had John on every occasion. We did a whole home remodel and with the abundance or work available out there I found many contractors have a 'take or leave it' attitude. This is not the case with AAR, I highly recommend. They may not be the most cost effective option but in this case you get what you pay for.

I had called these people weeks ago to come look at my water heater they did tell me over the phone they could come that day and that there was a 43$ service fee and they charge by the hr 110$ the guy was here for under 15 min to tell me I needed a new gas valve that they also do not carry and I pretty much needed to buy a new water heater through them for 1100$ I found one for 450$ so sent him on his way of course after trying to pay him for the 15 min he had at my home and the service fee. He told me AAR would contact me with what I owed. I received a bill today for 186.88$! I called and was told they charge for there hr pay when they leave the shop. I was never told this over the phone by anyone and if I was I would not have sent them! I wouldn’t even give them 1 star! Very bad Communication skills from the experience I had and felt like I was being ripped off

Called them for a clogging issue on. Friday evening, explained how emergency the situation is as my basement was getting flooded. They agreed to be onsite in 20 minutes But was late. Even though that made me upset, once on site Andrew was prompt about finding the problem. He knew what he was doing!! Thanks a lot for the help!! PS :- Even though it is claimed to be a 24 hour business, the phone number doesn't have a voice mail or attendant after office hours
