I called Avid Plumbing for a quasi-emergency; one of our faucets kept leaking. Eric from Avid Plumbing came over right away to diagnose the problem, even though they had a full schedule; he fit me in anyways. He did a great job educating me on what the problem was and why it was so important to fix right away. He ordered the needed part right then and there and came back as soon as he had the part in his hands. He fixed our problem on our schedule. Very fast, professional, friendly and polite service. Our puppy even liked him! I highly recommend Avid Plumbing for anyone needing their services; you will not be disappointed!
