Set up well inspection wise waited all day no one showed up or called. Called the next day said they forgot , no apology give. Set up for next week asked for time range given 8-1. I called at 11to see where they were. They went out of town for funeral which is acceptable but could have had someone call to cancel. No respect for customers time. Also don’t bother to leave a message they don’t seem to check them. Save yourself the aggravation call someone else. No way to run a business.
Poor quality of work & when informed about leaking shower that they installed, they blew me off. Now I have to pay a different plumber to cut a hole in my new drywall to access their mistake.
GREAT SERVICE! Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. We had called about our leak and they came an hour later and had it fixed very quickly. Will use in future for certain.
Loved working with this company! I recently purchased a building and gutted it and turned it into a daycare center. Huntington did the plumbing through-out the entire building, upstairs and down. Super friendly people, great customer service, and very dependable. No complaints :)
I was trying to buy this rural house with a private well. The bank only wanted to see a safe bacteria test to approve the financing. This plumber went above and beyond the required bacteria test and did an extra nitrate test (even though no one asked for it). Every plumber in this area knows that the nitrate levels are slightly higher due to the drought WI had in 2012 and will return to normal levels in a few months. This plumber was obviously hoping the seller would be forced into buying a very expensive home treatment system. Unfortunately, the cost of the filtration system was too much for the seller to afford and I as the buyer did not feel comfortable making a repair on a house that was not yet mine (not to mention that the nitrate levels are only temporarily high). So because this plumber did a test no one asked for, everyone involved is getting screwed.
