I had a toilet leaking from the 2nd to the 1st floor. Call Ed he told me what to buy and came as scheduled and fixed the toilet within a hour and I had no problem with his work. Great sense of humor and lively person. He clean up behind him self very well. Using him again for another problem we just developed.

They showed up on time. Price was very reasonable. Ed and his son were both very friendly. I would definately recommend them. Thank you!!

Ed has always done a great job and been there when we need him, even on weekends.

We have a house built in 1978 with no shut off valves. My husband wanted valves to laundry room, kitchen sink, bathrooms, etc. The business owner felt it was a four hour job and easy. After putting us off for a month, he started at 8 am. Finished at 10:45 pm. I heard him speaking poorly of my father-in-law because he had called him out on how long it was taking to get the job done. He admitted his son was talking down about him. He left several times during the day for parts, broke a filter and made me feel like that was my fault. He took multiple personal calls with drama happening. He charged an outrageous amount of money for his all day and evening work. He did not sound knowledgeable at all. When I handed him his check and told him I did not appreciate the way he spoke of my family, he called me crazy. He is the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. When my husband came home, he discovered a leak and the shower was never turned on. We will not have this horrible person back into our home to fix the leak. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Stay clear of this business as he is a very unprofessional human being. He wanted to show me how much I owed from scribbles in a note pad. I had the nerve to ask for an itemized bill. That set him off. Keep scrolling for a new plumber. You don’t want him in your home. Run. Fast. I’ve learned we should always check people out on public record websites. It would be worth your while to do further checking before you hire him. I posted a photo of the simple project he came without the right tool. Please note that the review from Maple Creek is Ed Ray’s sister. I’m sure he is good to them!!!! Update 5/8/2018. The original problem we had was needing shut off valves to fix our shower in the bedroom. Well, when my husband tested it to see if we could pull out the shower and start the remodel, water flooded everywhere. This truly has been the worse! I had Quigley Smart fix the mess this man made of my home.
