Had to have someone take a look at my main sewer line after a lot of leaks. Great customer service and the best plumbers around. If you want a worry-free plumbing experience do not hesitate to use them.

I had a garbage disposal replaced, and the service was great! The technicians were very professional and courteous, and received a text message with a profile of the technician, which I thought was a nice service. The first appointment needed to be rescheduled due to technician schedule, and didn't have major issues with the reschedule as the schedule person was courteous in defining a new date, which was the next day. I do understand that those things happen, when reschedules need to take place. I would definitely look to have future jobs done them.

Got three estimates for replacing the outside water line. The first two started off with, "well, it's complicated..." and one stated a prohibitively high price. Then we finally called Platinum and a tech showed up and within ten minutes declared it simple and had some additional suggestions, which solved some other minor problems, and, it didn't cost extra. Highly recommended.
