If you are thinking of engaging the services of Steve's Plumbing make sure you ask about their "Standard Rate" for the service you require before ordering a $59.00 service call. If they will not tell you then do yourself a favor and find another plumber. I recently made that mistake and ended up with a nearly $500.00 charge for a job that took no more than 20 minutes labor and probably less than $5.00 worth of material.........They even added a $5.00 fuel surcharge, at a time when fuel is at it's lowest cost in the last five years.

We have an older house and we have utilized Steve's Plumbing for a variety of services over the past 6 years. Each time they have been prompt, courteous and they have always fixed the problem the first time. I knew they were the right company for me after another major plumbing company gave us a ridiculous estimate for an emergency job. Rather than taking advantage of our desperation, Steve's Plumbing came out right away and charged us a very fair, competitive price. Phil was our most recent plumbing tech and he proved they are still the plumbing service we want and trust in our home!
