Such Great service!!! I got called into work last minute and had to reschedule my appointment. Chris W. was so friendly and understanding and came out as soon as it was convenient for me. He explained everything to me and made sure I completely understood the work that was being done before getting started.

I honestly don't think I've ever written a review for a company (primarily because the service always sucks!) But the electrician (Chris) they sent out was so kind, thorough and very honest, I feel like I should. I couldn't figure out the issue, but Chris did a troubleshoot and found the problem with ease. After he explained the issue we discussed payment. Luckily they offer a membership option that gives you 15% off to help with the cost. I highly recommend Dear Services! I'll be using them again (and using that membership for that discount!! ????)

Chris W came to our rescue when another electrician didn't show up to complete the job he started. Chris was very professional, well educated and very patient with my million questions. I have and would recommend Chris as an electrician to anyone needing one! Keep up the good work!

LIFE SAVER! We have 4 kiddos and when the power is out - life comes to a screeching stop. Laundry’s on hold, cooking on hold, Everything is behind! Called for a service and they came so quickly! Our guy was Chris Wedgeworth and he was so professional. It was very obvious he knew what he was doing. Very knowledgeable and answered every single one of my many questions with patience and kindness. Definitely a great experience!
