We had a great experience with Day and Nite from start to finish. Chris was great at the no obligation consult. He explained things clearly and covered everything but didn't waste our time. They also provided lots of options and thoroughly explained them but never tried to push or upsell us. Installation was fast and very professional. We will definitely be using Day and Nite in the future.
Jon did a great job! He was thorough, explained everything, the cost was reasonable and he fixed our pipe that was leaking and went above and beyond to tell me what the psi in my house was and what the range should be. He is knowledgeable and professional.
I just wanted to take a moment to say how excellent my experience with Day & Nite Plumbing & Heating Inc. was. Joe Ruble came out and gave an estimate on the day and time we agreed on. Was very patient and knowledgeable with my Wife and newborn child. At the time of install, the techs (Jeff Bryson and Rob Beck) called before arrival to make sure we were ready for them. Showed up on time and ready to go. Made the install process very easy. The work they did looked great. The techs were very knowledgeable. When going over everything with me, they even took the time to talk to my two year old and made his day. This team is a class act and i would recommend them to everyone.
Tyler is an excellent HVAC tech and very helpful and knows a lot about our system. He has helped us keep it in top shape for several years and his work is well worth the cost of his visit. I would recommend Day & Night to anyone needing plumbing or HVAC work.
I spoke to one technician over the phone who gave good advice and saved me from paying an unneeded emergency cost, and the technician who came onsite to fix the issue (I believe his name was Zach) was very clear about what needed to be done, and the associated costs. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to fully explain things (and answer my followup questions after I did some research myself).
