Ruben has been our plumber for a number of years. He and David always do a good job and leave our house nice-and-clean and in good repair.

We have been customers of Garcia Plumbing for many years and it's always been great service when dealing with Ruben Garcia. He's very professional and has been able to solve our plumbing issues in a timely manner. The only issue we have had is in dealing with his brother Luis Garcia. He does not show up when he is called and is very unreliable. He installed an AC unit and has not shown up once to provide maintenance service even after I have called more than 5 times. No call back and he does not show up. He is very unprofessional and does not care about his customers. It's been the worst customer service experience I have had. It's a shame because as noted Ruben Garcia is an excellent help but when dealing with his brother it's the complete opposite which is why I will not recommend Luis Garcia for any AC unit job.
